Cancellation Charges
The Venue Cancellation Charges shall be as under
- If Cancelled prior to 91 days of due date of booking 30 percent (% ) of hire charges.
- If Cancelled between 46 to 90 days prior to the date of booking 50 percent (% ) of hire charges.
- If Cancelled between 16 and 45 days prior to the date of booking 60 percent (% ) of hire charges.
- In any other case 100 percent (%) of hire charges.
The Venue once booked can be transferred to other higher venue or other date, on payment of transfer charges of 20 percent (%) of venue hire charges.
Rules & Regulations
- In addition to hire changes and royalty as stated above the party is required to pay GST, at the rate applicable, from time to time.
- The Gymkhana office will remain open from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p. m.
- Concession will be given in venue hire charges, extended hours to the members of Gymkhana and Charitable Institutions as per Policy framed by the Gymkhana from time to time.
- Once the Venue is booked it will not be transferred in the name of other person.
- Only VEGETARIAN FOOD will be allowed to be served at the venue. Hard drinks are strictly prohibited.
- The Party who have booked the venue must settle the account within one month of the function, otherwise it will be difficult to refund the amount out of the deposit. If the refund is not claimed within three months the same will be forfeited.
- (a) The Venue cancellation charges shall be as under
- If Cancelled prior to 91 days of date of booking 30 Percent (%) of hire charges.
- If Cancelled between 46 to 90 days prior to date of booking 50 Percent (%) of hire charges.
- If Cancelled between 16 to 45 days prior to date of booking 60 Percent (%) of hire charges.
- In any other case 100 percent (%) of hire charges.
- b) GST will be applicable on cancellation, upgradation and transfer charges of Venue.
- c) The venue once booked can be transferred to other higher venue or other date, on payment of transfer charges of 20 percent (%) of venue hire charges.
- d) Jasmine Banquet Hall can be booked for Four hrs, in 30 days advance, if it is already booked for half day.
- For decoration and catering, only Authorised Agencies will be permitted. The party will settle the account directly with the Authorised Agencies. The royalty has to be paid as decided by Gymkhana from time to time.
- Charges for Water Tankers, if any, will be payable extra.
- Only 4 Vehicles (Jasmine, Lilac, Terrace) & 2 vehicles (Lantana) shall be allowed to park in Gymkhana Compound.
- Air-Condition units in all the venue shall be switched on 30 minutes before the starting time of booking and switched off 30 minutes before the closing time.
- The party shall not be entitle for any refund or discount in the event failure of electricity or instruments or any such other circumstances beyond the control of the management.
- The use of sound system in venue shall be subject to rules, regulations and notifications of Government. The Party should obtain necessary permission from police or other authority as applicable.
- Valet parking is compulsory for all venues.
- The party should take care of their belongings, Valuables, Jewellery etc. The Gymkhana shall not be responsible for theft, destruction or any such other damages, caused to the party.
- The Gymkhana shall not be responsible for any type of injury or loss to any person due to accident or failure of any machineries or working of equipments or for any other reasons whatsoever.
- Crackers, Barat & Pets are strictly prohibited.
- For meaning of any rules, regulations, rates, charges, cancellation of booked venue, refund of deposits, concession, maintenance and amendment in hire charges, royalty, using of venues or for any other kind of problem, confusion, difficulties, the decision of the Gymkhana will be final and binding. The Management of the Gymkhana reserve the right to amend the charges, rent, rules and regulations at any time without giving any prior notice and the amendment will be applicable to all.
