Take cold shower a glass of water before sitting in a steam / sauna room.
Do not use sauna for more then 20 minutes. Put wet napkin on your head.
Minors are not allowed to use health club facilities.
Club is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
Only one towel per person will be given.
Do not operate system on your own take help of instructor.
Smoking, Tobacco, Gutka, eatables and drinks strictly prohibited.
Person suffering with Cardiac / B.P. / Asthma problem should take proper advice from their doctor before use of the health club facility.

Proper dress code is mandatory for both men and women. Female massage therapists must wear a cap during sessions.
For Men Members Cap, Underwear, Gown ( Disposable) And Towel Will Provide By Jolly Gymkhana At Free Of Cost
For Female Members Cap, Panties, Bra, Gown ( Disposable ) And Towel Will Provide By Jolly Gymkhana At Free Of Cost.
Members Can Book Any Massage Slot In Advance (Same Day ) With Payment.

Members are requested to adhere above rules. Strict actions will be taken against Member violating above rules.
